Very strong strawberry notes on the nose and palate.

"Freshly bottled rosé is a once-a-year treat – and we can’t wait for you to try this elegant Rioja rosado, from the renowned Pamela Geddes and premium, high-altitude Garnacha vineyards along the world-famous Camino de Santiago trail.

Scottish by birth, Pamela spent 10 years crafting whisky, before switching gears to sparkling wine in Australia and Chile and eventually landing in Spain, where she famously made her name with La Pamelita (largely recognized as the country’s first and only red sparkling wine). Equally talented with aromatic whites and fine rosé, she knows what it takes to source the best grapes, for fresh, fruit-filled wines — as you’ll taste.

The fruit for this elegant pink was sourced from Bodegas Leza Garcia, a small family cellar that’s tended to their prized vines in premium Rioja Alta for three generations. At 1,968 feet above sea level, Garnacha’s fruit-packed character takes on a deliciously fresh edge. Pamela chose to give the grapes a light soak (before pressing), to give this rosado its delicate salmon-pink color.

Look forward to vibrant aromas and flavors of summer strawberries, cherries and raspberries, with floral nuances and hints of peppery spice. Delightful on its own, a well-chilled glass will also bring out the best in crisp salads, grilled chicken and fresh shellfish. Or, enjoy it with traditional Spanish cheeses, like Mahón or Cabra al Vino (Drunken Goat)." - Zagat Wine
