Color: Very dark, black center, with dark purple edges.

Nose: Bigger, fleshier and open, very ripe black fruit here, with more fresh anise, slight black pepper, and deeper toast.

Palate: Very full, with a rounder and more fruit forward mouth, but the fruit is very deep and with some good earth, a fine tannin grip, and good toastier herbs into the nicely fruity and brighter finish.
