Color: Lightly yellow with green tinges, clear edges.

Nose: Good herbaceousness here, with some grassiness at the fore, then more tart tropical fruit comes in, followed by very bright citrus notes.

Palate: Light-bodied, this has very zesty acidity, resulting in very juicy grapefruit and lime, but also with a light creaminess of melon to balance things out. Good.

Finally, a Sauvignon Blanc that doesn't taste like green pepper! I am very sensitive to Pyrazine, so that is how most taste to me. This one smells and tastes of chalk dust, what most people would probably call minerally.
