Color: Deeper yellow gold core, with light golden edges.

Nose: Very floral here, with plenty of spicebox, apricot, peach, and spiced yellow apple.

Palate: Fuller and rounder than expected, with just that touch of sweetness. Very floral here as well, with white and violet flower notes, and all of that pitted fruit from the nose, finishing with crisper acidity and that spiced apple. It's more of the Granny Smith variety, covered in orange zest.
