Color: Medium to darker garnet core, with lighter garnet edges.

Nose: Elegant, with plenty of ripe red fruit, but also with earth and toast, followed by some anise at the rim.

Palate: Medium bodied, this is also an elegant Cab here as well. Fine medium coating tannin accompany the balanced acidity and mix of anise, wet earth, and red fruit on the palate.
