Graffigna San Juan Centenario Estate Bottled Reserve Malbec 2010
Region: San Juan, Argentina
Winery: Bodegas y Viņedos Santiago Graffigna
Color: Darker violet/ruby core, with medium violet edges.
Nose: Deeper, ripe, black and red cherry, with good brightness still, a hint of toast and raspberry sorbet.
Palate: Smooth and less full than I expected and so, more balanced. Toast is more pronounced here, but still nicely balanced, bright acidity of raspberry, blackberry, and the red and black cherry from the nose. Tannins are smooth and medium in intensity, raspberry and toast finish.
