Color: Light yellow green core, clear edges.

Nose: Light white florals of yellow apple blossom and slightly creamy and toasty yellow apple.

Palate: Simpler, with a tad of sweetness to go with the brighter acidity and simpler, slightly creamy, yellow and green apple fruit. Finishes with tart grapefruit that ends up being a bit harsh.
