Colombard and Ugni Blanc. The tasting notes from the distributor nail this one... Zippy. Crisp. A pleasant Zing. Lots of fruit in this one from lemons, pears, apple and grapefruit with a clean finish. I was told that Château du Cèdre is raising the bar for wines in the area. Low yields. Biodynamic. Their reds see a small amount of micro- oxygenation. They say the proof is in the pudding and this pudding is quite proofy.
