Color: Deeper ruby core, with violet highlights and edges

Nose: Rather hot here, with big sweeter toast and good black/red fruit lurking underneath, drowned out right now by the alcohol and the sweet toast.

Palate: Bright acidity, but still quite hot here as well, particularly in the finish. Good red cherry and berry fruit, with some cassis and big toast.
