Kim and I just drank our second bottle of this for our 10-year dating anniversary. The wine has matured a lot since we first drank it in 2004... especially because we were not storing the bottle properly.

I thought that this vintage may have tasted better 1-2 years ago than it does now, but folks who like that old-wine taste will still enjoy this.

The balance is still there. Lots of flavor... something different with every sip.

Leather, chalk (and not just the tannins), chocolate, tobacco. Great great wine from this winery.
