"You can walk the rugged hills of Kunde Estate when you savor our 2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Our ranch has loads of stunning acreage in the foothills of the Mayacamas range on the eastern side of the Sonoma Valley that grows intense mountain fruit. This vintage is a very pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from our part of the country, with just a touch of Merlot to round out the blend. Smell the hills in the aromas of wild raspberries, fennel, and sage. Linger over the flavors of cherries, dark chocolate, dried herbs, and plums. Do yourself a favor and pair this wine with some rare roast beef, grilled chicken sausage, or extra-aged Gouda. The high country at Kunde Family Estate is a pretty special place, and this wine reflects the land."
