Color: Dark violet/ruby with violet edges

Nose: Dry anise, juicier black fruit, toasty mushroom and charred meat.

Palate: Medium to full, with medium tannins, good acid, red and black fruit with the red being more in the cherry realm and bright, but the black fruit more charred and dry. Finishes with a tarter black cherry, earth and thyme.
