    Color: Lightest canary yellow

Nose: Beautiful florals start you off, of citrus blossom, then some distinct lime kicks in, along with a zing of minerality, light grapefruit and lighter cream

Palate: Starts off rounder from the bit of neutral oak, then the mid-palate is quite zesty with citrus acidity of mainly lime, some juicy grapefruit in the sweeter realm and a slight underlay of cream. Finishes with a salty minerality that includes more of that zesty grapefruit and lime. Good.
