Rigol 1897 Brut
Region: Cava, Spain
Variety: Macabeo, Xarello, Parellada
Typical Cava QPR. Leans toward the fruit side of things. Nice and refreshing. Newman said, "Tiny bubbles" :)

From http://www.newmanwineandspirits.com/consumers/current-wine-selection/">Newman Wine and Spirits:
"Made by the traditional methods, this Cava spent more than 9 months on its lees in a cool, dark cave in Spain, giving it deeper flavors and a richer mouth feel. This bubbly is smooth and round with delicious flavors of apricot, peach and green apple. Itís the perfect wine for parties and toasts."
