Color: Medium dark garnet core, slightly thinning ruby edges
Nose: Great anise, fair amount of black fruit, blackberry and currants, with black cherry and Bing cherry poking through at the edges.
Palate: Dry, with darker leather notes, a little bit of anise from the nose, then black cherry and blackberry and drier tannins. Medium to full, with great acidity for food.
