Sushi on the Saturday after Christmas. Wow this wine is a very different white wine. Both Beth and I enjoyed the wine, as it has a unique flavor due to the unspecified blend of white grapes. Though Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Canelli, Chardonnay and Viognier are what is known.
