Color: Sinuous light orange with golden flecks.

Nose: Citrus, citrus blossom, pear, apricot, fresh hoppy scents, as well.

Palate: Full and sinuous, like its appearance. This is a somewhat traditional Sauternes-style dessert white, with all of the fruit from the nose, good acid, though it could be zippier to better balance the big sweetness. Finishes with a mix of citrus florals and pear/apricot.
