Color: Beautiful color of bright strawberry pink, with medium bead and mousse.

Nose: Fresh strawberry and cherry aromas with a little bit of earth and citrus.

Palate: Crisp, zesty mouthfeel, with the same fruit from the nose and a little bit of that earthiness in the bright, refreshing finish. A good quaffer.

Uncomplicated and enjoyable, with straightforward aroma and flavors of strawberry and tart cherries. Not amazingly complex, but refreshing and crisp. Can be good with food, such as with this recipe for Shrimp and Swiss Chard: http://www.easyfoodandwine.com/Shrimp-Swiss-Chard.html
