A light, refreshingly crisp white blend of top class Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Semillon. A slight lemon and lime aroma with a delicate palate of Granny Smith apples and a bracing minerality for those long and languid summer days.

These two cultivars are kept separate during the winemaking process. Thereafter they are carefully selected for specific style and characteristics to make this specific blend so special.
