Color: Mild yellow

Nose: Good aromas here of lemon, slight sweetness underneath, but also some great tart apple, as well

Palate: Medium full, with grapefruit zesty acid, yellow apple surrounding that and some sweetness on top, nicely balanced by the acidity. Long lemon finish.
