Color: Inky purple/black with no highlights

Nose: Blackberry cobbler at the start. Then mushroom and truffle later

Palate: Cool blue fruit, some interesting menthol and dried herbs towards the finish. Also some great white truffle and dark chocolate as the finish hits. Big chewy tannins right now to balance the great acidity. Wow, oustanding!
