Palate: Medium-full bodied displaying flavors of roasted almonds, coffee, tobacco and cinnamon with a hot finish.
Foods: Superb with barbecue ribs, bacon cheeseburgers, mushroom risotto, tomato sauces, veal chops, root vegetables and turkey!
