Appearance: Clear wine, very light yellow bordering on green.
Bouquet: Seems to be of a typical white, maybe a bit grassy.
Palate: Very easy on the tongue, neither sweet nor fruity.
After taste, without food, seems to get unpleasant in the back of the throat. However, this should be a personal note since I am not a big admirer of whites, and I believe I feel this from most whites I have tried.

Tasting as a comparison to the Oyster Bay I found different characteristics of this wine.
Bouquet: Quite complex, but very pleasant smell. Perhaps sweet and an indistinct floral smell.
