Color: Very tight bead and a good mousse at the start of the glass. Golden straw with some yellow flecks

Nose: Wonderful fruit, this is more of a tropical and citrus fruit sparkler, but with some mild yeastiness underneath to add some more dimensions.

Palate: Quite good and very racy, with that wonderful lemon, orange peel and citrus blossom from the nose now on the palate. The creaminess comes in slightly towards the mid and finish and a little unfortunately, some distinct oak comes in as the glass warms a little, but is not as balanced as before, tho I still love this bubbly.
