Color: Darker ruby/violet

Nose: Deep and rich from the Syrah, it first shows toasty oak, more than I like, then cherry and raspberry from the Zin. Blue underneath from the Syrah with some game.

Palate: I'd give it four stars, but too much oak for me at this time, maybe later with aging. Good fruit from the nose with a silkier tannin feel in the mouth, finishing long with red and blueberry and toast.
