If you didn't know this was a Riesling, you wouldn't be able to tell my the smell (or at least I wouldn't). And so the wine is surprisingly sweet when first tasting. It's a nice balance of dry sweet (on the dryer side for a Riesling).
Apricot flavors on the front teeth. Perfect acidity. Smooth.
