Cyril Audoin made his first wine when he was 15, and twelve years later he seems to have the touch of a vigneron as old as the hills of Burgundy. As the
5th generation in his family to do so, Cyril has now taken the reins of the estate. His ascension seems to closely parallel the also youthful history of
Marsannay as a village. In fact, it is the passion for terroir and wines of balance and depth created by men like Cyril that has put Marsannay at the
forefront for exciting new wines coming out of Burgundy. As the established names of Burgundy rush to the Porte d'Or (the 'Golden Gate' as Marsannay
is known) to throw their hats in the gold rush, they will find Cyril holding the keys that unlock the terroir of this exciting village.
