    Grapes:
    Negroamaro 40% - Primitivo 30% - Cabernet Sauvignon 30%. Selections from our estates Masseria Maime at S. Pietro Vernotico and Bocca di Lupo at Minervino Murge.

    Vinification:
    The grapes are picked at the right state of ripeness and made into wine separately in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks . The maceration, carried out at a temperature not higher than 28°C, is prolonged for 8-12 days. The malolactic fermentations are completed by the beginning of winter. Afterwards, there is a further refinement period in steel tanks (about 15 months) and in bottles (at least 4 months).

    Tasting notes:
    Colour: Intense Ruby Red.

    Scent: red Fruits, black-cherry with light spicy notes of liquorice.

    Flavour: soft, sapid, balanced acidity, justly tannic.
