"Our Chambourcin comes from a cery long maceration, the act of soaking grape skins in their juice, which gives it a very fruity aroma. The 18 months of aging in French and American oak give our Chambourcin a high complexity, with hints of vanilla cocoa and spices. The palate is very pleasant with soft silky tannins.
