Variety: Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon
Barrel tasting notes:
Color: Dark garnet
Nose: At first black olive, earthy and blackberry, then tons of raspberry.
Palate: Red fruit but awkward at this stage, little finish but hints of buried red fruit, that is surrounded by some spiciness and cassis. Can't wait to taste this in a year!
