Parsonage Village Vineyard Carmel Valley Bixby Estate Reserve 2007
Region: Carmel Valley, California
Winery: Parsonage Village Vineyard
Variety: Petit Verdot, Syrah
Barrel tasting notes:
Color: Inky dark with some dark, dark purple edges, but some ruby highlights.
Nose: Closed, but with blueberry and red cherry.
Palate: Tannins are definitely there in this young, young wine, but not harsh and well ripened. Deep and dark fruit characteristics of PV. Red and black, skipping blue, with a full body and a long finish despite just being racked.
