Hayman Hill Napa Valley Reserve #27 Cabernet Sauvignon 2005
Region: Napa Valley, California
Winery: Hayman & Hill
Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Merlot
Color: Darker garnet with ruby edges
Nose: Deep levels of balanced fruit with some earthy tannins and even some mushroom and dust.
Palate: Very nicely balanced with full rich mouthfeel, then deep berry fruit of red and black with some blueberry notes. Next is some dark chocolate in the finish that has some nice leathery notes as well.
