Nose: Dusty, with distinct red and blue fruit, but topped off with some lighter notes of floral and white fruit. Oak is nicely in the supportive role.
Palate: Quite restrained and tightly wound, but with good fruit from the nose, medium to full body, and tannins that are strong yet still rounded. Long finish that includes some toast, dust and red fruit, ending with violets.
