Color: Golden straw

Nose: Big citrus, tropical fruit, pear green apple, big brightness with creamy undertones with 5 spice

Palate: Full bodied, with a slightly creamy backbone, but has huge acidity to go with all of the depths of fruit in the nose. Finishes slightly creamy, but then has more acidity and steely minerals to go with it. Very good!
