Color: Pale straw
Nose: Tropical and white fruit such as pear with cream and floral undertones, but bright fruit followed by some minerality
Palate: Medium to full, with a great balance between the acidity and bright fruit and cream undertones from the extended time on the lees. Finishes with even more pear and floral notes. Good!
