Georis Carmel Valley Estate Les Abeilles Rosé 2007
Region: Carmel Valley, Monterey, California
Winery: Georis Winery
Variety: Merlot
Color: Salmon with orange notes
Nose: Rounder nose, still quite dry, with big strawberry, cherry and spice notes.
Palate: Very very good! A richer style than last year, this is still a wonderfully dry rosé, but with a nice rounder mouth, medium-bodied. A lot of that fruit is on the palate with some of that spice and floral in the long finish. Wonderful.
