Color: pale straw
Nose: Peaches and other white fruit dominate, with heavier tropical fruit underneath and then some citrus
Palate: Surprisingly almost full-bodied (probably from the Sémillon), despite being so crisp and refreshing. Great mix of citrus, tropical and creamy finish, with upstanding acidity. Tasted from their "mini tank."
