Color: Pale straw

Nose: An interesting mix of both the cat pee and diesel of a NZ Sauv Blanc, matched with the softer tropical flavors of your standard Napa Sauv Blanc.

Palate: This is a great Sauv Blanc, mixing a lot more complexity that you might expect from a normally very solid, but predictable variety. Great layers of white fruit, citrus, herbaceous flavors and racy, but not tart acidity. Great stuff.
