Goldeneye Pinot Noir 2005
Region: Anderson Valley, California
Winery: Goldeneye
Variety: Pinot Noir
Leather and raspberry on the nose, fairly higher acidity than I had expected, raspberry flavors alongside some earthiness and mushroom, a bit of spice at the end. Forgive me if these notes seem a bit off to another taster, I am a little under the weather at the moment, and the alcohol in the throat and the aftertaste are a bit overwhelming.
