Color: Dark garnet with a slight purple to teh edges

Nose: Wow, this is great. Tons of bright red fruit hinting at mouthwatering acidity. Backed up by some black underneath combined with mint, dusty tannins and eucalyptus.

Palate: Gosh, quite good, almost a 5 (maybe with some age?). That fruit comes to the fore with good oak that isn't integrated yet, but this is still a great drinker when young as well, but it will definitely age. Silky tannins and finishes long with some blue fruit at the end.
I have to mention the waxed top, however. While stately and cool-looking, it's functionally ridiculous. It took me 25 dangerous minutes to get into the wine and it will definitely not allow any sort of oxygen over its lifetime.
