Geo Wines Chono Elqui Valley Syrah 2006
Region: Elqui Valley, Chile
Winery: Geo Wines
Variety: Syrah
Color: Dark garnet with purple edges.
Nose: Pepper and lots of it! Has some dustiness as well, then followed by black fruit and just a hint of oak. Good!
Palate: Also quite good and you get even more of that black pepper, followed up by great tannic and acidic structure. Black fruit is underneath and finishes long with more pepper and a dustiness.
