Mason Sauvignon Blanc 2005
Region: Napa Valley

Variety: Sauvignon Blanc
It's cloudy. Smells of Granny Smiths (green apples). Sharp on the front with a smooth finish. The alcohol level is just right. The green apple is overpowering.
Overall, not my cup of tea, but not bad (more good than 'not bad'). I could see this going well with a juicy pork chop.
