Concannon Limited Release Central Coast Petitie Sirah 2005

Variety: Petite Sirah
Color: Inky dark purple
Nose: Good blue and black fruit, another Pet winner from this hallowed Petite Sirah producer. Can smell some good tannin as well and licorice and some mint.
Palate: Deep dark fruit, but doesn't stray into overripe, hangs on nicely with good tanninc structure and just enough acid to keep it from being too brooding. Much better than the last vintage and great value.
