Color: dark garnet

Nose: Brighter fruit here, with more acidity in the nose and more red and blue fruit than the other two Howell Mountain Cab offerings from La Jota. Smells almost like a more youthful, less gruffer form of the Howell's. Still has the same fantastic structure, however, with a great fruit to back it up.

Palate; Continues to be more approachable than the Howell's on the palate, with great oak, bright fruit and less brooding tannins that are still round and ready to drink, but show structure to age. Wonderful.
