Variety: Nerello Mascalese
Color: Dark garnet
Nose: Leather and musky, but with good black fruit and some anise and mint. Very aromatic and slightly floral.
Palate: Medium to full bodied, that black fruit is there with the anise, but the wine finishes nicely rustic with dusty tannins and that muskiness. Very good.
