Nose: Very thin, but can detect some white fruit and green apple with flint and slate but very closed or the fruit is already thinning.
Palate: More medium-bodied with a hint of cream coming from the oak. More of that green fruit and minerality, but I was expecting a lot more there, with it labeled as a Pinot Gris and its appellation.
