Color: Palest greet, almost clear
Nose: Very crisp and racy, with great sitrus, green apple and honeydew underneath.
Palate: Wow, this is a big PG! I really like the greener flavors than what you might get with a Sauv Blanc that has this much flavor and acidity. A tad of grassy even. This takes PG to a great level of flavorful, more complex rereshing white. This is all it's touted as in terms of a great white!
