Rating:
Here's everything you want from Merlot and more. The supple approach gives way to an almost time released array of black currants, black cherries, plummy mocha dusted minerals that linger through the dense core and linger through the long finish. Things only get better from here.
In order to win friends and influence people, try this with antipasto, grilled or roasted meat, poultry, meaty fish, and young cow's and sheep's milk cheeses.
