    Color: dark, dark garnet

Nose: Beautiful aromas of chocolate, blackberry, anise, mint and eucalyptus. Finishes with a little bit of ripe cherry and dust. Outstanding.

Palate: Full-bodied restrained monster of a wine. Yes, I said monster, but this is all about depths of balance. It's hard to believe the release price of this wine, it is so good. Great big tannins that stay round throughout the long finish, blue, black and red fruit, acidity that adds the third component of a truly outstanding wine.
