Nose: Adjusted from before, I like this a lot better. Still has that spicy clovey aroma, but now has some great apple and a little cream at the end.
Palate: Still making a big adjustment to a four. A very unusual wine, does not taste too woodsy, tho is an oaky wine. Also not sweet and has those very interesting spice components with a lot of white fruit that lingers in the long finish that even has some white pepper. Very unusual and now I think pretty darn good.

Rating: 4
Color: Straw
Nose: Cedar and tons of clove. Smells incredibly spicy and woodsy. Has a sweet almost cinnamon smell, too.
Palate: Same as the nose and slightly unctuous. I don't like it, maybe too much wood? But I'd be interested to try this in 1-2 years and see if it calms down. I kind of feel like I'm missing the boat.
